RBK strives to make this set-up process stress-free while providing you with everything you need to keep organized and give you unlimited access to the information you need to help your business succeed.
RBK requires a Quick Books subscription (QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop). If you do not have a current QuickBooks Online subscription, we can offer you a 30% discount from the published price which would range from $21 to $140 per month depending on your company’s needs and wants. If you do have a current subscription but feel an upgrade is warranted, we can help you with the process and still pass along the 30% discount.

Accounts Payable & Vendors - RBK will set up and maintain Accounts Payable including coding, posting, processing and payment. Clients review and approve vendor invoices before they are sent or Purchase Orders can be created to avoid the approval process. Prior to sending, our client has an opportunity to review again what is being paid. After signature, checks are cut and mailed or paid online.

Diagnostic Review Only - Client may choose to only have a paid diagnostic review of their books done. We will provide a report of our findings that belongs to the client whether they work with us or decide to go to another bookkeeper. The diagnostic review plus an in-depth client interview helps to both give the client a better understanding of the state of their company’s accounting as well as establish a client’s needs and creates a firm foundation from which to provide a quote for on-going service if desired.
